Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of ylwstudio.com and any purchase you make from Yellow Studio, based in the United States. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Products & Availability
Our goods are made in small batches, so quantities are limited and items may sell out without notice. We do our best to display product colors and details accurately, but screens vary — slight differences between the photos and the physical product are normal for handmade goods, and part of their character. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Orders & Payment
When you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This confirms we received your order, not that we’ve accepted it — we may cancel and refund any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues.
All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed at checkout by Stripe. Applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout where required.
Pricing Errors
We work hard to keep pricing accurate, but errors happen. If an item’s correct price is higher than what was displayed when you ordered, we’ll contact you before shipping so you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Accounts
You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or close accounts used in violation of these terms.
Intellectual Property
All designs, product photography, text, and branding on this site are the property of Yellow Studio and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. Purchasing a product does not transfer any rights to its design.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yellow Studio’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Changes apply to orders placed after the effective date.
