Yellow Studio ("we", "us") operates ylwstudio.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our site or place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what we need to run the store, we don’t sell your data, and we work with a small number of trusted service providers to process payments, ship orders, and send emails.

We never see or store your full card details. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified payment processor.

• Send transactional emails — order confirmations, shipping notifications, receipts
• Respond to your questions and support requests
• Prevent fraud and secure our checkout

Service Providers

We share the minimum information necessary with the services that make the store work:

• Stripe — payment processing (billing details, order amount)
• EasyPost and shipping carriers — shipping labels and delivery (name, address, package details)
• Resend — transactional email delivery (email address, order details)
• Cloudinary and Vercel — website hosting and media delivery

Each provider is bound by its own privacy policy and only processes your data to provide its service to us.

Cookies

We use a small number of first-party cookies that are strictly necessary for the store to function: keeping you signed in to your account, remembering your cart, and remembering your light/dark theme preference. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Data Retention

We keep order records for as long as required for tax, accounting, and warranty purposes. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete your account. Abandoned cart data is periodically cleared.

Your Rights

You can, at any time:

• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or delete your information
• Delete your account

To exercise any of these rights, reach out via the contact page. We’ll respond within 30 days. Note that we may need to keep certain order records to meet legal obligations even after an account is deleted.

Security

All traffic to ylwstudio.com is encrypted with TLS. Passwords are stored hashed, payments are processed by Stripe, and access to customer data is limited to what’s needed to run the store.

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we’ll update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
