How to Measure
- Chest width
- Lay a shirt that fits you well flat and measure across the chest from armpit to armpit. Compare with the chart — this is the most reliable measurement.
- Body length
- Measure from the highest point of the shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to the bottom hem.
- Sleeve length
- Measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve cuff.
- Head circumference
- Wrap a soft tape measure around your head just above the ears and eyebrows, where a hat would naturally sit.
